The University of Queensland Centre for the Business and Economics of Health (CBEH), affiliated with the UQ Business School, is calling for applications for a 3-year research-only postdoctoral fellowship.

The Centre currently has a strong focus on economics, and they are searching for additional academics with a business background to complement their economics expertise.  Applicants from Business Schools should also be aware that there is a strong interdisciplinary focus in the UQ Business School on the Future of Health (https://business.uq.edu.au/future-health) and the successful candidate will benefit from excellent colleagues and a vibrant research atmosphere.

The Centre is open to applications from all areas of business, such as management, strategy, information systems, marketing, and so on.  Just as in the rest of the world, the digital transformation of healthcare is very prevalent in Queensland and Australia, and so information systems expertise is highly valued.

This is a full-time, fixed-term appointment for 3 years at Academic (Research Focused) Level C. [For candidates from North America, Level C approximately equates to a senior Assistant Professor.  However, applicants who are more junior than this are still eligible to apply].  The remuneration package for Level C will be in the range $117,319 - $135,276 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $137,263 - 158,272 p.a.).
