Position Details

The Department of Information and Technology Management in The University of Tampa's Sykes College of Business invites applicants for a full-time visiting position as Assistant Professor or Instructor of Information and Technology Management to start on fall 2019.



The University of Tampa is a medium-sized, comprehensive, residentially-based private institution of 9,200 undergraduate and graduate students.  The University is ideally situated on a beautiful 110-acre campus next to the Hillsborough River, adjacent to Tampa's dynamic central business district, which is a growing, vibrant, diverse metropolitan area.  UT reflects this vibrancy; with 20 consecutive years of enrollment growth UT boasts 229 student organizations, a multicultural student body from 50 states and 140 countries, and "Top Tier" ranking in U.S. News and World Report.



The candidate must have a Ph.D. or Master's degree from an AACSB accredited program, or equivalent, in Information Systems, Cyber Security or related fields. Responsibilities include teaching introductory undergraduate courses in information systems, network and cloud infrastructure, and principles of information security.
