ProjMAN and HCist conferences will take place in Vilamoura (Algarve, 
Portugal) on October 21-23, at the Crowne Plazza Hotel, the same venue 
as the 2011, 2012 and 2015 editions.

Important dates
     - Paper submission dealine: April 18, 2020
     - Notification of results: June 14, 2020
     - Revised version due: July 11, 2020
