[AISWorld] Postdoctoral Research Fellow of Information Systems at University of Tartu

We invite applications from promising early-career academics for a 
fixed-term (two years) position of Research Fellow of Information 
Systems at University of Tartu's Institute of Computer Science -

The successful candidate will conduct research in the recently started 
H2020 Project "Pilots for Healthy and Active Ageing”:

The research fellow will contribute to the elicitation of requirements 
in this pan-European project by applying state-of-the-art methods and 
techniques from the field of requirements engineering and interaction 
design. As the project deals with older adults, explicit attention 
should be paid to emotional (affective) user requirements, in addition 
to functional and non-functional user requirements.

Candidates must have a PhD in Information Systems, Computer Science, or 
a related discipline. Expertise in the field of requirements engineering 
and/or interaction design is highly desirable.

University of Tartu is the leading higher education and research centre 
in Estonia, with more than 15000 students and 1800 academic staff. It is 
also the highest ranked university in the Baltic States according to 
both the Times Higher Education and the QS World University rankings. 
University of Tartu's Institute of Computer Science hosts 900 Bachelors 
and Masters students and 70 doctoral students. The institute has a 
strong international orientation: over 40% of graduate students and a 
quarter of academic and research staff members are international.

The salary will be 2200 euros per month or higher depending on 
qualifications. Estonia applies a flat income tax of 20% on salaries. On 
top of the salary, the university pays social tax, which opens rights to 
free public health insurance, maternity / paternity benefits, and 
pension benefits. Other benefits include 42 days of annual leave.

The (preferred) starting date is 1 June 2020.
