Dear colleagues,

I am writing to you regarding the SIG System Analysis and Design (SAND) Symposium scheduled to be held from May 22-24, 2020 in West Palm Beach, Florida.  We are closely monitoring the situation on the novel corona virus.  We will make a decision by April 1 whether to hold the symposium or to cancel it.  Until then, please do not make hotel or flight reservations.  We received a large number of papers and our mini-track chairs and reviewers are working diligently reviewing them.
