*COVID-19:* We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and the
response of ICIS and other IFIP conferences in these unprecedented
circumstances. We would like to reinforce that the conference WILL happen –
be it in-person, online, or in a hybrid mode. Moreover, the COVID crisis
has highlighted the prominence of the conference theme!



We encourage you to submit *full research papers* with maximum length of
8000 words by May 18, 2020. The accepted full papers will be included in
the proceedings book published by Springer in the AICT series.
