You are invited to a Virtual Roundtable - AI + Service Design for Retail
Post COVID-19 on *June 30th at 1 PM - 2:45pm EDT*, the first event of a new
initiative from CMU's Tepper School and School of Computer Science.

The CMU AI Retail and Service Design Initiative (CAIRS) is hosting industry
and CMU experts to discuss the immediate challenges of the pandemic to
retail businesses. Topics will include AI/Data, Forecasting, Omnichannel,
Operations, and Customer & Employee Safety.

Brief statements from leaders of retail and service industry (Google,
American Eagle, and Retail Industry Leaders Association) and CMU faculty
experts (Tepper - Sridhar Tayur, SCS - John Zimmerman) will be made, then
followed by extensive audience Q&A and panel discussions.
