[AISWorld] Draft report of the Computing Curricula 2020 project is now available for public review

On CC2020 !

I reported since the last version that the relevant topic of IT Service
Management (ITSM) and now Agile ITSM is undeserved. Why? I estimate that
none participant in the current Task Force is aware of this topic
(publishing research and teaching courses on this topic). This knowledge
gap will be a drawback for this curricula. Please review these
