Copenhagen Business School invites applications for a vacant Postdoc in neuroIS and online collaboration at the Department of Digitalization.

The Postdoc will help to define and test the concept of 'mood synchronicity', i.e. how the characteristics of different communication media moderate the relationship between shared mood and coordinated behaviors.

Responsibilities will include:
- creating hypotheses to explain and predict how different communication media impact mood synchronicity among users
- designing and running laboratory experiments to (i) test hypotheses and (ii) simulate coordinated behaviors that use different communication media
- analyzing data and writing research papers
