Dear colleagues,

 

The first 2021 issue of Electronic Markets is now online. It includes a
special issue on "Internet of Things (IoT)" with four papers and additional
eight papers in the general research section on social commerce and social
media. An overview of the special issue and the general research papers in
included in the editorial on convergence as well as the guest editors’
preface. The issue also includes an obituary in remembrance of our colleague
Rolf Wigand. All papers are available via SpringerLink (
