The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin invites applications for a clinical faculty position in the Information Management group of the Department of Information, Risk, and Operations Management starting in Fall 2021. A clinical faculty position is not a tenure track appointment. The expectation for a clinical faculty position is one that includes a mix of teaching and research responsibilities. We seek candidates with a strong background in information management, including those with interests in data governance and management, programming, business analytics, Blockchain, IoT, and emerging information technologies. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in information management (or allied disciplines like computer science) in business. The candidate should have teaching skills and experience to contribute to our undergraduate and graduate programs in MIS, MSITM, and MSBA.
