Position
At the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) ( KU Leuven), we have a vacancy for a full-time academic position in the Research Centre for Information Systems Engineering (LIRIS), Brussels Campus.
In particular, we look for a candidate with a research profile that relates to domains such as digital strategy, digital innovation and transformation, business value of ICT, ICT service management, ICT governance as well as the topics taught on campus Brussels listed hereafter. Current open teaching assignments are situated in the domains of ICT Governance, ICT Management, Software Management or ICT Service Management. Other relevant teaching subjects on Campus Brussels are Systems Development and -Economics, Business Process Management and Information Systems Design, and ICT Strategy and Architecture.

Profile
You publish in international top journals, attract external research funding, develop research projects, and advise doctoral students. You will teach courses in the field of Business Information Systems at the campus in Brussels and Leuven.
The vacancy is open to junior researchers, though senior candidates may be considered as well. PhD students in the final phase of their studies may also apply. The successful candidate will be hired in the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or (Full) Professor depending on your qualifications and academic experience. Junior researchers will be appointed as assistant professor in tenure track for a period of 5 years, which in case of a positive evaluation is followed by an appointment as a tenured associate professor.
