Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) in Laredo, TX has one faculty
position (and possibly more) currently open for an Assistant Professor of
Management beginning in August of 2022. Salary is competitive with other
research-oriented AACSB accredited university business schools.
Additionally, Laredo, in Southern Texas, enjoys a low cost of living
coupled with no state income tax and a semi-arid and very mild winter
climate. This is a tenure track position and the successful candidate is
expected to demonstrate and maintain a commitment to teaching, producing
scholarly research, and participating in service activities. Applicants are
expected to be versatile, with an ability and willingness to teach a
variety of Management and International Business courses at the
undergraduate level; courses for the MBA program as well as doctoral
seminars. Applicants must be willing to teach evening and online courses if
