Dear Colleague,
The IEEE International Conference on Omni-layer Intelligent Systems (IEEE COINS (https://coinsconf.com/)) brings together experts in Digital Transformation (from AI and IoT to Cloud, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, and Robotics) from around the globe. IEEE COINS includes a multi-disciplinary program from technical research papers to panels, workshops, and tutorials on the latest technology developments and innovations to address all important aspects of the IoT ecosystem.
IEEE COINS 2022 will be held as a hybrid event. The accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings which will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital library and indexing services. The selected best contributions of IEEE COINS will be invited to submit expanded versions of their studies to IEEE IOTJ (IF = 9.936) for review and potential publication.
Please take a look at the COINS webpage (https://coinsconf.com/), and we look forward to receiving your submissions and "seeing" you at the conference!
Sincerely,
Poona Bahrebar (poona.bahrebar at ugent.be)
Publicity Co-Chair

CALL FOR SPEAKERS & PANELS
=========================
The purpose of the COINS Pavilion is to present content that is interesting to both the technical and business audiences that attend COINS. There are three options when submitting a proposal:
* Panels (45 minutes). The topic of each panel should be interesting, timely, and relevant to multiple segments of COINS attendees. Controversy is appropriate and encouraged.
* Individual (Technical or Demo) oral presentations (20 minutes) without any paper submission. If the presenters would like to submit a technical research paper for publication, then that option is also available. All submitted papers will be peer-reviewed for acceptance in IEEE Xplore, and there is no guarantee that papers submitted by the invited presenters will be accepted.
* Mini-keynotes (10 minutes | ideally C-level speakers).
If you are interested in being a speaker and/or recommending a speaker, demo a product/service, or submitting a panel proposal, please provide the following information to Farshad Firouzi (farshad.firouzi at duke.edu) , Jaime Lloret Mauri (jlloret at dcom.upv.es) , and Javier Prieto (javierp at usal.es) :
* Organizer(s) name, affiliation, bio, and email address
* Presenter(s) name, affiliation, bio, and email address
* Title and abstract (max 500 words)

CALL FOR PHD FORUM SUBMISSIONS
===============================
The PhD forum will be hosted by the IEEE Council on Electronic Design Automation (CEDA) and will be organized as a poster session with 1-minute 1-slide oral introductions from the students to get the attention from the audience.
The following two classes of students are eligible:
* Students who have finished their PhD thesis within the last 12 months
* Students who are close to completing their thesis work.
Please submit a 2-page extended abstract (including name and affiliation) describing the novelties and advantages of the thesis work as a single PDF file via EasyChair (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ieeecoins2022).
Submission Deadline: April 15, 2022
===================================================
CALL FOR PROPOSALS (Special Sessions, Tutorials, Workshops)
===================================================
IEEE COINS seeks proposals for:
* Special Sessions consisting of peer-reviewed papers focused on in-depth treatment on a topic of timely interest to the IEEE COINS audience. The selected papers will be published as part of the IEEE COINS Proceedings.
* Tutorial Sessions consisting of discussions and summary results about advanced topics relevant to the conference. Tutorials provide participants the chance to explore innovative trends/applications, learn new techniques from experts in the field, and gain knowledge and insights. Typical tutorials run 1.5-2 hours, although longer half-day tutorials may be considered.
* Workshops are half- or one-day events that aim to foster active discussion on issues related to specific fields. The typical structure of a workshop will include a number of peer-reviewed papers and/or invited talks. Accepted manuscripts will be included in the COINS conference proceedings as workshop papers and will be indexed in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
Please take a look at the Call for Proposals (https://coinsconf.com/call-for-proposals/) for submission guidelines.
Submission Deadline: February 15, 2022
===========================
CALL FOR DEMOS AND POSTERS
===========================
IEEE COINS is also interested in demonstrations and posters of technology that validate important research ideas or showcase realistic applications.
Submissions should be a two-page abstract/proposal that follows the IEEE formatting guidelines. There is no need for double-blind submissions (names, affiliations, and email addresses are therefore required). Demo submissions should be made via EasyChair (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ieeecoins2022).
Submission Deadline: March 31, 2022
