The Department of Information Systems, Analytics and Operations (ISAO) at the University of Louisville's College of Business seeks qualified applicants for three full-time non-tenure track, teaching-intensive faculty positions to begin August 1, 2022. Expected teaching load is 4/4 per year (24 credit hours). Appointment will be at the rank of instructor/assistant professor of practice/associate professor of practice dependent upon academic credentials and experience. The successful candidates will teach face-to-face and online graduate and/or undergraduate courses in information systems and data analysis topics and provide university service. There may be opportunities to teach graduate or MS in Business Analytics courses dependent upon expertise and interest.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a master's degree in information systems, computer science or a closely related field. A Ph.D. in one of the listed areas is required for appointment as assistant or associate professor. Candidates should have experience teaching at a university level. Teaching experience could include technical skills such as programming, statistics, machine learning, and database.
