applications for a second tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor
or
Associate Professor level. The position is expected to begin Fall 2022. The
successful candidate will be committed to excellence in teaching, research,
and service in an institution dedicated to undergraduate and graduate
education. The Walker College of Business is committed to ensuring that
its graduates are equipped to succeed in an inclusive, innovative, and
multicultural world.
Qualifications required are a Ph.D. or a terminal degree such as DBA or DSc
by the time of appointment in Information Systems (IS), or a closely
related field, from an AACSB accredited institution. The applicant's
academic concentration, research programs, or professional experience
should be in areas directly related to IS, cybersecurity, and/or business
analytics.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate teaching excellence at the
collegiate level along with a strong commitment to high-quality research in
the field. Relevant teaching experience at the university level, a record
of publications in peer-reviewed journals, and/or certifications in the
field of IS, cybersecurity, or business analytics is expected. The
successful candidate should have the ability to teach at both the graduate
and undergraduate levels.
