Riga Technical University (Latvia) announces two Tenure Professor positions in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning  and Cyber Security and Privacy.

Main responsibilities:

  *   to develop new and improve existing study programs and study courses;
  *   to supervise final theses of students;
  *   to identify research fields, attract, manage and implement international scientific research projects;
  *   to promote international academic cooperation, by representing RTU and participating in conferences and other international events;
  *   to advise and support the academic staff of the university;
  *   to publish the results of research in international peer-reviewed journals;

Qualification requirements:

  *   PhD degree;
  *   at least 3 (three) years of experience in the position of an associate professor or professor and internationally recognized experience in the area of specialization;
  *   a candidate conducts innovative scientific research and provides high-quality study process in the specified research field;
  *   achievements of the candidate should follow the requirements stipulated in Appendix 1 to RTU Regulation «On Selection and Approval of the Candidates for the Position of a Tenured Professor».
