We would like to invite you to take part in 2023 IEEE EUROPEAN TECHNOLOGY & ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT SUMMIT (IEEE E-TEMS 2023). Taking place on 20 – 22 April 2023 at Kaunas University of Technology in Kaunas, Lithuania, the conference will focus on the theme of “Digital Transformation for Smart Cities and Beyond: Projects are Shaping Society”.

The deadline for submitting the full paper is January 15th , 2023.



The IEEE E-TEMS 2023 will also include a Doctoral Workshop, thus, we are also seeking for the doctoral proposals, especially on the early stage (first two years of their doctoral journey). The deadline for submitting the proposal to the doctoral workshop is February 5th, 2023.
