Dear all,

The 5th *International Conference on Higher Education Learning
Methodologies and Technologies* (HELMeTO 2023) will be held in *Foggia* (Italy)
on *September 13-15, 2023* (https://helmeto2023.it/).

The HELMeTO Conference aims at bringing together researchers and
practitioners working in Higher Distance Education Institutions or studying
Online Learning Methodologies to present and share their research in a
multidisciplinary context. The workshop provides a forum for the discussion
of new research directions and applications in these fields, where
different disciplines could effectively meet.

*Proposals for Special Tracks are welcome*.
Proposals must be emailed to helmeto2023 at unifg.it, specifying as email
subject “Special Session Proposal” by March 9th, 2022.

*Key Dates:*- Special Session Proposals Deadline: *March 9 th , 2023*
- Special Session Proposals Acceptance: *March 20 st 2023*

Each proposal must specify the following fields:

   - Title
   - Aim and Scopes
   - Potential Scopes of Interest
   - Special Track Leader Organizer, with his/her affiliation, contacts and
   a very short bio
   - The list of other co-organizers, with their contacts and affiliations
   - A list of potential contributors.
