Researchers from four academic institutions joined together to offer their insights on the future of the workforce where humans work side by side with digital employees, AI agents look and sound like humans, in the newest issue (March/April 2023) of Harvard Business Review. Drawn from interviews with founders and CEOs of companies such as Soul Machines, Pinscreen, ZOZOTown, and Synthesia, which have successfully deployed digital employees, the authors provided general guidelines to help companies identify opportunities for using digital employees within their organizations.
To know more about and beyond the HBR article, please join the authors in a webinar to discuss digital humans at 4:30 pm (EST) on Thursday, Feb 24th. The authors will share their ideation behind the HBR article and research on digital humans. They will share more use cases of digital employees across multiple industries at the current state, strategies for deploying digital employees, their thoughts on how digital employees would shape the landscape of future workforce, and answer all your questions regarding digital employees.
