The conference will take place on Friday, May 19, and Saturday, May 20, 2023, at the University of Miami, located in Coral Gables, Florida. It is intended to provide a forum for academics, researchers, and policymakers to showcase and discuss the latest business-relevant blockchain technology research, issues, and practices. 

 

Roman Beck and Hanna Halaburda will be our note speakers (https://www.herbert.miami.edu/faculty-research/business-conferences/blockchain-technology-conference/speakers.html). We will also have several interesting and thought-provoking panels, and numerous opportunities to networking in a friendly environment at our beautiful Coral Gables-campus.  

 

The conference offers a venue for presenting and discussing novel research on the business of blockchain technology. We encourage extended abstracts of conceptual and empirical work and panel proposals (Submission deadline: March 15, 2023). In both cases, authors should submit a three-page extended abstract/panel description (including figures, tables, and references) in PDF format using the submission system available through the conference website.
