[AISWorld] PhD scholarships available

The Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information (WKWSCI) at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, will soon be accepting PhD applicants for the January 2024 intake. Scholarships are offered on a competitive basis for PhD applicants.

The Information track offers PhD degrees in areas such as: games and gamification, digital health, information behavior, machine learning, data analytics, artificial intelligence, misinformation detection, human-computer interaction, social and mobile media, knowledge organisation, knowledge management, and other applications and practices related to information systems.

The Communication track offers MA and PhD degrees in areas such as: health & risk communication, journalism & media effects, media psychology, political communication, intercultural & intergroup communication, marketing communication, film studies, and communication with and through emerging technologies (e.g., metaverse, VR/AR).

Projects with a strong technology component and/or offer significant technological implications are especially welcome and are encouraged to apply for the Information track.
