The 12th International Conference on Smart Cities and Green ICT Systems
(SMARTGREENS 2023) will be held in Prague, Czech Republic (26 - 28 April,
2023). SMARTGREENS 2023 brings together researchers, designers, developers
and practitioners interested in the advances and applications in the field
of Smart Cities, Green Information and Communication Technologies,
Sustainability, Energy Aware Systems and Technologies.

                     

In addition to strictly refereed contributed papers and posters, the
