Dear Colleagues,
Last year we published version 1.1 of the DASC-PM
<https://www.researchgate.net/publication/361428426_DASC-PM_v11_-_A_Process_Model_for_Data_Science_Projects>(Schulz
et al. 2022), a process model for data science projects.
Today, we are pleased to provide you with both an application-oriented
article
<https://www.researchgate.net/publication/366776869_Using_the_Data_Science_Process_Model_Version_11_DASC-PM_v11_for_Executing_Data_Science_Projects_Procedures_Competencies_and_Roles>(Kuehnel
et al. 2023)and a collection of case studies
<https://www.researchgate.net/publication/368661660_DASC-PM_v11_Case_Studies>(Schulz
et al. 2023) to assist readers in using the DASC-PM. In the various case
studies, the use is presented from different perspectives and at quite
different levels of abstraction. The collection of case studies includes
projects from both practice and academia.
We would like to thank all authors of the case studies for their
commitment to the working group and are very pleased with the exciting
contributions that have resulted.
Many greetings
The DASC-PM core team._
