Multiple positions available for Lecturer (Assistant Professor)/Senior
Lecturer in Information Systems to join the Faculty of Information
Technology at Monash University. Monash University is one of the best
global universities (ranked 44th, THE 2023, and 42nd, QS 2024). It is also
one of the world’s most global universities, with campuses across four
continents, as well as the biggest in Australia.

You will contribute to Information Systems at Monash and help build
capacity in the area; one the Faculty and Monash at large have identified
as being of strategic importance. Additionally, you will have the important
responsibility of contributing to the Faculty’s undergraduate and/or
postgraduate teaching, as well as providing leadership in the development
of educational materials.

Applicants should have a doctoral qualification or equivalent in
Information Systems or relevant discipline with the knowledge and skills to
produce high-quality research outputs, and the enthusiasm and skills to
teach undergraduates and postgraduates. Candidates for the Lecturer
position should demonstrate excellent research potential and commitment to
teaching. Candidates for the Senior Lecturer position will have an
excellent publication record in the discipline, proven ability to attract
external research income, and a track record in the design and delivery of
teaching materials in a tertiary context.
