responsibility/ESG backlash? Identify firms with successful
positioning/responsible management and those serving as cautionary case
studies for corporate irresponsibility.
How do company boards respond to culture wars and "woke capitalism"?
What impact can governance or board composition have guiding firms to
navigate the challenges and avoid backlash from various constituencies?
How are governments responding to pushback on sustainability/DEI issues?
Is the US anti-ESG legislative effort unique; how are global brands
responding?
How does the "Stakeholder Metrics Initiative" enhance ESG tracking
compared to previous methods? What other frameworks monitor company
performance and help companies measure their own ESG impact?
What's the latest data on workforce and consumer preferences for
responsible companies; is there a generational divide? How are companies
addressing the diverse preferences within their various market segments?
Large asset managers face ESG backlash. How does this impact the outlook
for ESG investing in 2024 and influence board decision-making? What are
the legal aspects of this backlash and corporate responsibility overall?
