*PhD Student in Commercialization of technology start-ups*
80 - 100% / Limited for 3 years / Bern / Start per October 1, 2024 or by
arrangement

*What you'll be doing here*

   - Participate in a research project funded by the Swiss National Science
   Foundation (SNSF), which focuses on questions related to the
   commercialization of innovations in technology startups.
   - Become part of a dynamic team at the Institute for Digital Technology
   Management and an international research group.
   - Get the opportunity to pursue a PhD under the supervision of Prof.
   David Bendig at the University of Münster (Germany).
   - Conduct qualitative and quantitative empirical studies and publish the
   results in international academic journals.
   - Have the opportunity for professional development through attending
   attractive conferences and doctoral seminars

*What you'll bring with you*

   - A strong university degree at the Master's level, preferably in
   business and management or economics, along with a keen interest in
   entrepreneurship and innovation management.
   - Enthusiasm for scientific work, perseverance, as well as conscientious
   and self-organized way of working.
   - Initial research experience in the application of empirical research
   methods.
   - Very good oral and written language skills in German and English.
