Doctoral Consortium Call for Participation



We are pleased to announce the CHITA 2024 Doctoral Consortium as a pre-conference event at the 14th Conference on Health IT and Analytics (CHITA). The consortium will be held on May 2, 2024, from 1-6 p.m. in Washington, DC. The Doctoral Consortium will provide an opportunity for doctoral students to receive feedback on their research from senior researchers, network and discuss career issues. All interested PhD students and recent post-docs working in the areas of health information systems, health economics, health informatics, clinical fields and health policy are invited to apply, as we are seeking multi-disciplinary conversations. We especially encourage participation of doctoral candidates engaged in research on health equity and artificial intelligence.

  *   Gabriel Brat, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center & Harvard Medical School

Application Process

Send your CV, a one-page description of your research, and a letter of nomination from your faculty advisor as a SINGLE PDF via email to cdhai at jhu.edu<mailto:cdhai at jhu.edu>. The deadline for submissions is March 29, 2024. Subject line should state: CHITA 2024 Doctoral Consortium Application.
