The aim of the Conference is to promote a forum where people in the
electrical

transportation systems and computer science communities and can share their
experiences 

and bring perspectives about present and future challenges.

Tutorial Proposal submission:        April 30th, 2024

Notification of acceptance:          June 15th, 2024

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

* AI and Software Systems for Transportation Electrification

* Scheduling algorithms for efficient allocation of charging stations

* Information Systems to Support Transportation Electrification

* Routing Algorithms for Electric Vehicles

* Efficient Allocation of Charging Stations

* Vehicle-to-grid (V2G), vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I), and
vehicle-to-home (V2H) interfaces

* Predictive Maintenance for Electric Vehicles and Batteries

 

 

* SPECIAL SESSIONS *

The conference will include Special Sessions on highly specialized topic
areas reporting technical trends and breakthroughs

within the scope of the conference. Special Sessions are organized at the
initiative of one or more individuals, who must adhere

to specific procedures published on the conference website.

* SUBMISSIONS *

The working language of the conference is English.

Authors are requested to prepare the manuscripts in the IEEE two-column
format, using the template available in the ESARS 2024

Website and to translate it in PDF using the IEEE PDF eXpressTM facility. No
other format in the submission and in the final version

can be accepted.

 

* DISSEMINATION *

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference
proceedings, included in the IEEE Xplore on-line digital library

and indexed by EI Compendex database.

An extended version of selected papers will be eligible to be submitted to
the IEEE Transaction on Trasportation Electrification.
