DESCRIPTION

In the era of massive and real-time growing textual data, integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) models into text mining techniques has developed a crucial strategy for retrieving useful information from multiple data sources and leading to business value. This session welcomes researchers from data mining, deep learning (DL), machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP) to present their scholarly work focused on explaining how businesses can utilize the power of AI models to change raw text into actionable intelligence, promoting informed decision-making and strategic planning in specific areas of business organizations. Researchers may highlight the ability of AI models to unleash complex trends, sentiments, domain-specific problems, and mixing numeric data with textual data, therefore uncovering hidden information that can inform various sectors of businesses such as marketing, customer relations management, risk assessment, healthcare management, quality assessment, hospitality management, cyber security, and more. Also, multiple case studies and presentations may highlight the need for human experts to validate the performance and practical implementation of AI-driven text mining techniques across a broad spectrum of such business sectors.

- Letters, numbers, and common math symbols* accepted.
- All abstracts must be in English.
- Do not include title or author information in the body of your abstract.
- Abstracts will be published exactly as entered if accepted.
- Review your abstract and check for typographical and spelling errors, coherence and technical content.
