About the Workshop:
The workshop offers a platform for researchers to investigate the use of AI and big data technologies to optimize business processes, extract actionable insights, and generate value for organizations. Through presentations and discussions, participants will develop a profound comprehension of how AI and big data can be effectively employed to make informed decisions, enhance customer experiences, and unlock new business opportunities.

You are invited to join us for the paper presentation session in Shenzhen on June 25th, or both the paper sessions in Shenzhen and the Hong Kong session from June 25th to June 27th, 2024. Profits from the workshop will be donated to the University as part of the 30th Anniversary celebration event, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and supporting the growth and excellence of City University of Hong Kong.
