===================================

Dear Colleagues:

We cordially invite you to share your latest research results related to Service Oriented Computing and Applications and AI at the IEEE SOCA 2024 conference.

Service-Oriented Computing (SOC) is an established approach to building large-scale, loosely coupled, distributed applications and, as in many other fields, is currently undergoing a transformative shift due to the rapid advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI). This evolution marks a significant departure from traditional approaches, where service delivery, management, and consumption were guided by predefined rules and workflows. Now, the integration of AI technologies is propelling the field towards new paradigms that harness the power of AI to revolutionize how services are composed, delivered and experienced. Intelligent service computing (ISC) melds the foundational principles of SOC and related architectures with the dynamic, adaptive capabilities of intelligent computing technologies. The emergence of ISC signifies a new era where the potential impacts and research agenda of service.
The 2024 International Conference on Service-Oriented Computing and AI (SOCA 2024), upholding its nearly two-decade legacy, will be a forum where traditional Service-Oriented Computing research meets with new and trending approaches based on state of the art AI advancements. As a global platform, it invites a diverse group of researchers, practitioners, and industry leaders to discuss ideas and results on services and AI, and its implications across software systems, including areas like Generative Service Design, Intelligent Service Composition, AI-as-a-service (AIaaS), and Service Prompt Engineering.
     SOCA 2024 will be held on September 9-13, 2024, co-located with DataCom 2024 and IOV 2024 in Poznan, Poland. Conferences will be held in hybrid mode.
