Subject: JGITM Invitation: Expanding the Editorial Review Board

Hi all,

Greetings and I hope you are doing well.

We write to you on behalf of the Journal in Global Information Technology Management (JGITM). We have completed almost 27 years of publication. JGITM is now recognized as the premier journal on Global IT issues with the highest impact factor among such journals. We are indexed on SSCI for over a decade and are also listed in many other indexes.

Given the popularity and growing eminence of the journal, we are experiencing substantially increased levels of submission. In order to process them in a timely manner, we need to expand our editorial review board and are seeking new reviewers. Note that JGITM's aims and scope state:

“Besides quality work, at a minimum each submitted article should have the following three components: an IS (Information Systems) topic, an international orientation (e.g., cross cultural studies or single country studies with strong international implications), and original research along with evidence (e.g., survey data, case studies, secondary data, etc.).”

If you feel you are qualified as a reviewer and wish to be on the board, please contact me (the Editor in Chief) at pcpalvia at uncg.edu or the Senior Editor Prof. Tim Jacks at tjacks at siue.edu. Be sure to include a short bio which describes your qualifications as it relates to the journal's mission.

Please note that our editorial review board is captive in that the board members are expected to complete the reviews when asked. However, you will not get more than 3-4 reviews per year.

Thanks and best regards,
