[AISWorld] CFP SIN'24: updated modality (now FULLY ONLINE).

My Dear Colleagues,
Given the high cost of travel and issues faced by some authors in obtaining
visas, SIN'24 HAS SHIFTED TO FULLY ONLINE.
The updated CFP now highlights progressive submission and notification
dates, so you did not miss your chances to publish your work. Accepted and
presented papers will be published in IEEE XPlore proceeding.
Hence, you are cordially invited to propose your best work for
consideration towards the 17th IEEE International Conference on Security of
Information and Networks, (SINCONF 2024) sinconf.org.
