As companies create Vision 2030 plans, executives must understand the
opportunities and risks they face in the digital era. Transformative
technologies offer innovation, efficiency, and new revenue streams, but
also bring challenges like strategic relevance, competition,
cybersecurity, talent retention, interdependencies, and regulatory
shifts. The next five years are crucial for long-term success, requiring
leaders to develop adaptive, sustainable business models to ensure
continued performance.
In an upcoming issue of Amplify , Guest Editor Noah Barsky
https://www.cutter.com/experts/noah-barsky
invites articles addressing how leaders can balance digital-era
stewardship and growth. Each submission should tackle the timeless
question: will leaders shape the future or let it define them?
