CFP: ECIS 2025 - IS Adoption and Diffusion
Dear colleagues
We cordially invite you to submit your papers to the IS Adoption and Diffusion track at ECIS2025 (Co-Creating Value for an Intelligent Future, 16-18 June 2025, Amman, Jordan, https://ecis2025.eu/).
Potential topics include but are not limited to:
-Organisational, societal and individual adoption, use and discontinuance of intelligent digital technologies
-Co-creation of responsible adoption of intelligent digital technologies and user experiences
-Empowering individuals and diverse communities and societies through intelligent IT/IS
-Adoption, use and diffusion of intelligent digital technologies for promoting inclusivity, equity and sustainable development goals
-Enablers and inhibitors of intelligent digital technologies adoption, use and diffusion and new forms of value in novel or lesser-studied contexts
-Unpacking affordances of intelligent digital technologies and their impacts
-Combinatorial adoption, implementation and use of intelligent IT/IS by organisations, societies, and individuals
-Interplay between humans and adoption and use of intelligent digital technologies
-Innovative uses of intelligent digital technologies and impacts on creativity, productivity, the future of work, social interaction and individual wellbeing
-Ecological, social, and ethical opportunities, challenges and consequences of intelligent digital technologies for economies, societies and human wellbeing
-Multi-level analysis of intelligent IT/IS adoption, implementation, use and diffusion
-Long-term perspectives on post-adoption and use of intelligent IT
-Multidisciplinary perspectives on acceptance, implementation, use and diffusion of intelligent digital technologies
-New theoretical perspectives on, and methodological approaches to examining adoption, use, diffusion of and transformation through intelligent IT/IS
