[IRIS] PhD position on design research for responsible AI

invites applications for a full-time PhD Research Fellowship in 
Information Systems. The position is linked to the AI4Users research 
project which aims to generate design knowledge for the responsible use 
of Artificial Intelligence in the public sector.
