[IRIS] IRIS/SCIS 2021 update

Dear all,

An update regarding the IRIS/SCIS 2021 conference to be held in Orkanger (Trondheim), Norway.

Given the very uncertain situation in terms of infection rates and border control, the organizing committee has decided that the default plan is that the conference will be held as a fully digital event.
This is not ideal of course, but this decision is aimed at ensuring that all authors feel safe and can plan for their submission and participation with the necessary information.
In coordination with the IRIS board, we will of course monitor the situation closely in the hope that society re-opens soon.

Please note that as a result of this change, the SCIS paper deadline is extended to February 21st!
