The workshop will take place January  15-16 2025. We hope to see you in person in Vestfold, Norway!

Workshop format

This year's SWEG will fully embrace the workshop format. Therefore, we ask the participants to submit research-in-progress papers, drafts, and ideas. The maximum word limit is 4000 words, excluding tables and references. Each submission will be reviewed by one reviewer recruited among the researchers that submit papers to the workshop. By submitting a paper to SWEG, you agree to review up to two papers. For the final version of the paper, we also encourage participants to submit questions, issues, and/or specific areas for discussion. Each paper will be allocated 5 minutes for a plenary presentation to all participants. This will be followed by a 45 minutes feedback and discussion session in small groups.
