[IRIS] IRIS business meeting 2025

Dear IRIS association member,

You are all welcome to participate in our annual IRIS business meeting, which takes place on August 12th at 14:45 at Oscarsborg, located in Drøbak, Norway, during the SCIS/IRIS 2025 events.
If you are registered for the SCIS/IRIS conference, you are also registered and a member of the IRIS association.

The IRIS business meeting is the annual general meeting of the IRIS members association https://communities.aisnet.org/scandinavia/home
and the occasion to influence the IRIS community, elect the new members to the executive board, and discuss issues that you see relevant for our community.

The agenda is as follows:

  1.  Election of a chairperson and a secretary for the meeting.
  2.  Election of two members to check the minutes.
  3.  Notice of the AGM.
  4.  Approval of the annual report.
  5.  Approval of the Treasurer’s 2024 financial report.
  6.  Approval of 2025 budget.
  7.  Election of internal auditor.
  8.  Election of members of the Executive Board.
  9.  Other issues/suggestions/concerns
