[AISWorld] CFP: Information Systems at 7th Critical Management Studies Conference, Naples, July 2011

We would like to draw your attention to the Information Systems stream
at the 2011 Critical Management Studies conference, to be held 11-13
July 2011 in Naples, Italy. The theme is 'Critical Information Systems
Research - Reflecting on the Future'.
 
The aim is to broaden the critical debate in Information Systems
research beyond its Critical Theory roots and to promote and engage in a
dialogue with the mainstream, post-modernism, IS practice, critical
management studies and other critical social studies, while preserving
its critical edge.
 
Papers in a variety of genres, including empirical studies,
conceptual-theoretical explorations, methodological considerations,
reviews and debates, etc., are invited to address the following themes:
·         Reflections on critical issues in IS research
·         Reflections on critical IS theory
·         Reflections on critical IS research methodology
·         Reflections on IS practice
·         Reflections on the future of critical IS research
 
The deadline for abstracts is 30 November 2010. More details can be
