[AISWorld] Cases on Web 2 impacts on staff

Hi all,

I am investigating the impact of Web 2 technologies on the work practices of staff. Ideally I am looking for a few case studies that highlight various implementations of Web 2 technologies in either large enterprises or SMEs and what adjustments that have had to be made to work practices, the social impacts on staff, and moral and ethical issues that may have arisen. I am not focussing on issues of security of information, protection of data, or the implementation of the systems themselves (which I saw that Allan Alter has already compiled in a previous request).

If you know of or have access to published cases or cases that are in production, can you reply direct to my email rather than to the list. I will post a list at a later date.
