SCHULICH CHAIR IN INFORMATION SYSTEMS

The Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto is seeking an
outstanding scholar for a chair in Information Systems at the rank of senior
Associate or Full Professor, effective July 1, 2011. Preferred candidates will
have:

- A PhD in Information Systems or related area
- A proven track record of scholarship and leadership in the field
- An outstanding and on-going program of academic research and publishing in top
tier journals in information systems (eg. MISQ, ISR, Management Science)
- A willingness and ability to take a leadership role in the doctoral program
- Previous experience in teaching doctoral level courses and advising and
supervising doctoral students
- Evidence of teaching effectiveness at all levels from undergraduate to
graduate

In addition to the above, industry experience is highly desirable.
