Researchers in the area of technology adoption may find Paper No 1., by Li, Troutt, Brandyberry and Wang of particular interest. This paper provides a new adoption model that can be used at the organizational level and offers a rich picture of adoption decisions, with factors influencing adoption at the decision entity, decision object and decision context level. The results show different patterns of adoption drivers for continued use compared with initial adoption.

Decision Factors for the Adoption and Continued Use of Online Direct Sales Channels among SMEs
