Dear Google Team

I want your help in a delicate issue. Today someone with the name Kathrin
Gruger	kgruger at gmail.com post an article against me in a mailing list that
caused a damage in my reputation.
I want to ask you to tell me if it is possible who is the owner of this
email account, because I want to take him to the courts!! And if you dont
have the real name at least I wanna know who created this account. It is
critical for me. Please let me know how I can solve this issue.

I am at your disposal for any further information.
