*There is still more than 2 weeks left for people interested in
submitting an abstract to the PLS ’12 –conference to be held in Houston. *
*Free special one day workshop will be available for doctoral and other
graduate students covering PLS and a new technique - correlated
component regression.*
*This is the first time this interdisciplinary conference is held in the
US - where both experts and applied researchers from both science and
social science can meet and discuss the application of partial least
squares and related methods.*

One day free PLS and Correlated Component Regression tutorial
workshop for registered doctoral students (9:00 am to 5:00 pm) - May 19th
Opening Night Reception - May 19^th – 6:00 pm to 8 pm (with invited talk
given by Svante Wold)
Half day trip to Space Center Houston - NASA – Monday, May 21st
(additional cost - $10 covers transportation and entrance)
Invited guest speakers include George Marcoulides, Harald Martens, Jay
Magidson, Michel Tennenhaus
Sunday through Tuesday (May 20^th – 22^nd ) – concurrent sessions

_2 page abstract due November 27^th , 2011
Notification of abstract acceptance – December 23^rd , 2011
Final 8 page paper – February 20^th , 2012
