*Objective

 The series of the GEAR conferences are held to discuss the
 progress of non-traditional and cutting-edge methodologies
 and applications on the management and administrative issues.
 As an emerging area, the GEAR pays attention to the Experiments
 Based Management and Administrative Science with both of
 methodological and applied aspects.
 In the first conference GEAR 2012, we invite speakers to discuss
 the potential and the outlook of this emerging area, which
 introduces quantitative measurement methodologies on the human
 behaviors into the business administration and management.

*Submission and Publication

 Experiments Based Management and Administrative Science will
 be establishing through this conference. So each contributor's
 presentation is expected as manifesto on this research area,
 proposal/demonstration of methodology or perspective on potential
 applications.
 Contributor can submit a manuscript(Japanese or English, up to
 two pages), including abstract(English, 100-150 words ) and at
 least one chart/figure (English caption).

 The template for the authors can be downloaded from GEAR 2012
 web-site: www.trn.dis.titech.ac.jp/GEAR/2012/
 (available after 22 May 2012)

 The due date of the manuscripts is June 10, 2012.

 Each contributor should submit the manuscript (pdf file) by
 e-mail to: GEAR2012-submission at trn.dis.titech.ac.jp

 A submission e-mail with the manuscript should include the
 following information;
 a) corresponding author's name, affiliation and e-mail address,
 b) All the "Submission-ID" of the Call-for-Papers distributed
    to the corresponding author.
    (The "Submission-ID" can be found in the first line of CfP.
    This information will be used for the research on the
    Call-for-Papers forwarding network.)


 Each manuscript will be reviewed within two weeks from the
 viewpoint of  "impact" for launching a new area of research.

 The accepted papers will be published in the post-conference
 proceedings as a special issue of the "GEAR Transactions on
 Experiments-based Research on Advanced management of Networks,
 Organizations, and Services (TERANOS)".
