The annual Workshop on E-Business is a premier pre-ICIS conference, which provides an open forum for researchers and practitioners worldwide to explore the latest challenges of next-generation e-Business systems, share the latest research findings, explore novel ideas, discuss success stories and lessons learned, map out new e-business models, and collectively chart the future directions of e-business.

The Eleventh Workshop on E-Business will be held in Orlando, Florida on December 15th 2012 and we invite you to submit your papers to this workshop. The theme of WEB 2012 is "Cloud Computing and Analytics: Innovations in E-Business Services." E-business technologies and applications play a very important role in driving the innovations in the service economy. Cloud services have expanded to both businesses and consumers, making available new ways for storing and accessing data from anywhere in the world. As the volume of data collected and stored on the cloud increases exponentially, there is a need for analytics innovations to make the data useful. Many exciting research questions are emerging. We call on IS researchers and IT practitioners to explore the impacts and trends of cloud computing and analytics innovations in the e-business service areas.

We welcome original research articles with a broad coverage of technical, managerial, economic, and strategic issues relating to e-business systems, including issues in Cloud Computing and Analytics of e-business systems. Papers may employ any applicable IS research method (case study, survey, analytical modeling, experiments, computational models, design science, etc.). Specifically we are encouraging submissions to the following focused tracks:

Cloud Computing

E-business System Architectures and Green IT

Data Analytics and Marketing Intelligence

Enterprise Web Mining and Web Analytics

Mobile Commerce and Technologies

Multi-agent Systems

Context-aware Technologies and Services

Online Security Informatics and Privacy Issues

All papers must be prepared in English, submitted online, and will be blindly reviewed. We solicit both completed research and short research-in-progress submissions.
