Dear Colleagues:

We are looking for applicants for a research fellow (or post-doctoral fellow) position in the area of HCI (Human Computer Interactions) in MIS
(Management Information Systems). There are two on-going research programs: one is to design and evaluate the web-enabled personalization technologies (e.g. recommendation agents) for product personalization and product innovation; and the other is to investigate the HCI issues in e-health context. The key words are personalization, trust, cognition and emotion in decision making, e-health, IT adoption etc. Your knowledge on meta-analysis studies is an asset.

If you have completed or almost completed your Ph.D. degree in MIS and you have some interest in the two projects mentioned above, you are invited to apply for this position. You will receive an annual salary from my research grant. The appointment is starting from September 2012 to July 2013.

Applications should include a letter, a resume, one or two sample papers, and a list of three references. The deadline of application is September 15th, 2012 .
