NALLEY DISTINGUISHED CHAIR FOR THE PRACTICE OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP

The Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia seeks qualified applicants for the Nalley Distinguished Chair for the Practice of Entrepreneurship. The position is subject to final approval by the University of Georgia and the Board of Regents of the State of Georgia.

We seek individuals with outstanding records of scholarly accomplishment and whose primary research, teaching, and outreach interests span entrepreneurship and their own home discipline. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. or DBA and have a record of scholarly and instructional excellence commensurate with appointment at the rank of professor. The appointment to the Nalley Chair can be in any one of the college's seven academic departments: Finance, Marketing, Economics, MIS, Management, Accounting, or Insurance, Legal Studies, and Real Estate.

For initial consideration, applicants should send a vita and a brief letter of interest. Candidates receiving serious consideration will be asked to send additional materials, such as references, articles, and teaching evaluations, at a later date.

Please address all materials and questions to Dr. Daniel C. Feldman, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, The University of Georgia, Terry College of Business, 339 Brooks Hall, Athens, GA 30602 (dfeldman at uga.edu; 706-542-9387). First and fullest consideration will be given to applicants whose materials are received by November 15, 2013, but applications will remain open until the position is filled.
